What to Bring

The proper baseball attire and equipment are necessary when attending these programs:  Gloves, athletic shoes, (baseball cleats are preferred), hats, jackets (for cold weather), & baseball bats, etc. During extremely hot weather, it is advisable to bring sun screen and lip balm. For programs/clinics that do not provide lunch, please DO NOT pack perishable lunches as we do not have refrigeration to store the lunches. Bring plenty of fluids.

Medical Information/Illness

In the event that your athlete becomes ill or an emergency arises, the coaching staff will make every effort to contact you or your listed emergency contact. If deemed necessary by the coaching staff, the athlete may be transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Medications/Inhalers

If your child is on medication, make sure you fill out the Medications Form.  This form must be completed by the players Parent/Guardian and brought to the clinic with the medications.  This includes both prescription and over-the-counter medications. All medications must be in current prescription bottles or original containers. Inhalers may be kept with the player, but still require a Medications Form.  Please contact the ASAP Baseball Academy if you need to make arrangements for the refrigerated storage of medications
