8U Program (League Ages 7-8)
At this age level, players need to understand the basic defensive positioning and situations, including knowing where to throw out the lead runner, the difference between a tag play and a force out, run downs, and more. It will also include baseball fundamentals such as throwing, receiving a ball, catching fly balls, proper fielding, hitting mechanics, proper base running and sliding. Parents and guardians are strongly encourage to participate in the program as a training tool to help them learn how to practice with their child and understand the specific exercises or drills being incorporated during practices.

12U Program (League Ages 11-12)
At this age, players start to establish their baseball foundations (setting goals, identifying strengths and weaknesses, build team unity, team spirit, and learning to travel for a purpose), and this program emphasizes the mental approach to the game. Players will learn to "break away from the umbilical cord" and get a feel for the game so they can approach each scenario with clarity and focus so they are able to execute on demand. Players are taught to respect the game and understand the core philosophy of ASAP (Athleticism, Self Esteem, Attitude, Perseverance). Hitting, throwing and base running geared toward older, more mature players is introduced. Players will also work on infield and outfield positions with fundamental drills to break down the proper techniques to field a ground ball and track a fly ball.
